BJC announces the launch of BJC Nexus, its new smart home system designed to offer complete, simple, and accessible control of residential and commercial installations. Integrated into the aesthetics of the MIRO SMART series, BJC Nexus combines advanced electronics and wireless connectivity to create a versatile solution focused on efficiency, security, and comfort.
The new system allows for the intelligent management of key home elements such as lighting, blinds, and electrical outlets, and enables the creation of automations via physical buttons, mobile apps, or voice assistants. It also includes the ability to create custom scenes that adapt the environment to different uses, such as away mode, rest mode, or various types of activities.
Installation without construction work and maximum flexibility
One of the main advantages of BJC Nexus is that it’s a wireless system, which simplifies installation without the need for additional wiring or renovations. This allows for both the modernization of existing homes and the expansion of control points using wireless pushbuttons, reducing intervention times and installation costs.
The system has been designed to adapt to projects of different scales, from small upgrades to complete control solutions, thanks to its scalability and the possibility of subsequent progressive expansion according to the user’s needs.
Aesthetic integration and total compatibility
MIRO SMART maintains the aesthetic identity of the MIRO range, characterized by clean lines and refined finishes that integrate seamlessly into any style. It also offers multiple finish options—from color to glass, wood, or aluminum—to suit different interior design styles.
BJC Nexus also offers modules that are compatible with all BJC mechanism series, allowing for implementation without the need to replace existing installations.
Advanced technology for an efficient and safe home
The BJC Nexus ecosystem integrates a complete range of smart devices —flush mount actuators, micromodules, wireless pushbuttons, communication gateways and technical and safety sensors— designed for agile installation and perfectly coordinated operation.
The system ensures stable communication between devices, along with a wide range of sensors—such as motion, opening, or flood sensors—that expand automation possibilities and strengthen home protection.
The devices allow two operating modes: point-to-point radio frequency linking without the need for an app or Gateway, or linking with a Gateway and therefore remote control and viewing in the APP.
Among the benefits of the Gateway connection are remote control from anywhere, intelligent consumption monitoring, and energy optimization through advanced automation, helping to maximize efficiency and significantly reduce energy costs.
Multi-platform control and connected experience
BJC Nexus offers comprehensive control through its mobile app (Android and iOS), cloud version, and voice assistants like Alexa and Google Nest, providing a seamless, intuitive experience adaptable to different user profiles. This connectivity allows you to monitor and manage your home anytime, anywhere, with complete convenience.
Furthermore, the system facilitates the management of multiple homes from a single interface, simplifying the management of second homes or rental properties.
Through the BJC Nexus app, users can configure installations, create scenes, schedule timers, and monitor device status in real time. The platform leverages cloud services that enable secure remote access, configuration synchronization, multi-location management, user management with corresponding permissions, and continuous system updates, ensuring a connected, scalable, and always up-to-date experience.
