In BJC we are aware of the importance of respect for the environment. Our aim is to offer quality, innovative and well-designed industrial and electrical material, bearing very much in mind the bases for preserving the natural resources and preventing pollution.

BJC’s environmental policy is shared by and known to all company staff through a system of continuous training and information. It is based on: commitment to preventing the environmental pollution associated with our activities; taking all necessary and economically viable control and action measures to progressively and continuously improve the environmental aspects of our activity. It is also regularly checked in order to meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and voluntary commitments adopted by the company.

This is a legal regulation which certifies compliance with the strictest quality standards by virtue of continuous improvement.

BJC is currently backed by ISO 14001 certification, a standard published in 1996 by the Spanish Association of Standardisation and Certification (AENOR) for Environmental Management Systems, and previously approved by the European Standards Committee. It is a framework of environmental management systems recognised throughout the world, which aims to help organisations establish environmental administration programs that minimise environmental impact, while demonstrating and guaranteeing adequate environmental management.
