This deal marks the start of a <strong>new chapter for BJC<\/strong>, with the backing of a company that has successfully grown as an independent business, combining tradition, innovation and a strong technical focus. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span> <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Jiri Kone\u010dn\u00fd, Founder and CEO of ELKO EP<\/strong>, is at the helm of this new partnership. His story is one of a forward-thinking entrepreneur: <em>\u201cIn 1993, as a young electronics engineer in my father&#8217;s garage, I was working with switching units for electric heating systems. Later, I switched to timer relays, for which we remain global leaders to this day\u201d<\/em>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span> <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Jiri now heads a group of companies with over 330 employees and a presence in more than 70 countries.<\/strong> He chose the BJC brand because of the value of its legacy and the opportunities it offers in the Spanish market: \u201cWe would like to restore the BJC brand to its rightful place\u201d, he says. And he also adds: \u201cI am absolutely certain that this company, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year, is worth it\u201d.
